All Capitol City Flyers aircraft are single engine, 4-seat, fixed gear aircraft. All aircraft are equipped with 4-place intercoms, dual PTT, autopilot, dual nav-coms, glide slope, marker beacons, Tanis heaters and panel mounted GPS or Loran.

Aircraft hourly rates are based on wet (fuel & oil included) tachometer time (tach records less time compared to Hobbs during reduced RPM ground and pattern operations). The rates below are based on a fuel price of $3/gallon. The corporation periodically assesses a Fuel Surcharge on a tach hourly basis, the rate changes as fuel prices increase/decrease. We have a fuel reimbursement policy that credits the member when they find fuel cheaper than the current Surcharge level. The corporation is not required to collect state or county sales tax from member fees.
