Three IFR Certified Aircraft

All Capitol City Flyers aircraft are single engine, 4-seat aircraft. All aircraft are equipped with 4-place intercoms, dual PTT, autopilot, dual nav-coms, glide slope, marker beacons, engine heaters and panel mounted GPS.

Aircraft hourly rates are based on wet (fuel & oil included) tachometer time (tach records less time compared to Hobbs during reduced RPM ground and pattern operations). The base rates below are based on a fuel price of $3/gallon. The corporation assesses a Fuel Surcharge on a tach hourly basis, the rate changes as fuel prices fluctuate. We have a fuel reimbursement policy that credits the member when they find fuel cheaper than the current Surcharge level. There is only a 1 hour minimum per 24hr period for overnight/extended reservations.

The corporation is not required to collect state or county sales tax from member fees.
